is responsible for all content hosted and email transmitted via the server

No obscene
or otherwise objectionable material will be hosted on the server by the client - Dytel
will make every attempt to keep the service continuously functional.

Dytel
is not responsible for any loss or damage of life, property, business or material
suffered by the client in event of the service being unavailable at any point
of time. -
Dytel
is not responsible for any loss or damage of life, property, business or material
suffered by the client in event of harmful email, code delivered to the client's
computer / network via the hosting service. -
It
is assumed that the email service will be used for regular office email. It is
not meant to be used for SPAMMING, sending unsolicited emails or mass mailing. -
Any attempt
to gain unauthorised access to the server, hacking attempt or other unlawful activity
will result in termination of services -
Dytel
will not reproduce historical record of email passing through it's servers for
clients. It may do so for law enforcement agenies. -
Detailed
terms and conditions will be mailed to the client within the Welcome email posted
to every new mailbox. |
