DScholar Features
DScholar is a collection of software modules designed to automate various sub systems of a nursery, school, coaching class or other educational facility.
The entire software consists of the following modules

Student Enrollment and Fee Administration (SEFA)
This is the main module of the software where students get enrolled into the organization. Features details are given below. This module is the only essential module of the software; other modules are optional and can be purchased as per requirement. |

Admission Module
Helps the organization manage the admission process. Generate receipts for prospectus / admission form sale, track prospective students and follow up on kit sales. Real time seat availability status grade and division wise allows management to take firm decisions of when to close admissions. |

Facilities Management (Transportation, Extra Curricular, Lunch Facility) Module
Transportation Sub module: Manages the logistics of student transport to-from the organization. Define bus routes and numbers. Allocate pickup points to students. Collect transportation fees monthly, quarterly, yearly or any other period. Track outstanding and renewals on bus transportation.
Extra Curricular Activity Tracking Sub Module: Keep track of each type of activity that a student has opted for, the total number of students in each activity etc.
Lunch Facility: Track students who have signed up for lunch / snacks programmes. |

Complete control of library resources. Resources can be Books, CDs, Toys or other educational aids. See complete feature details below. |

Attendance Module
Record student's attendance. Generate statistical reports on attendance information. |
